About Us

Butler Management LLC is a Limited Liability company who focuses on buying, renovating and renting residential single family houses and multi unit apartment buildings.  We have started in May, 2008 and have acquired 45 units.  Presently, all of our units are located in Mahoning county.  We have extensive background in banking and construction management and have several connections in these fields which gives us the resources to grow successfully in the real estate market.  We specialize in buying distressed and/or mismanaged properties at below market value.  Our team ensures that we renovate the property and offer some of the nicest rentals in the area at a very competitive price.  In the future, we can foresee focusing on larger multi-unit apartment buildings.
