We review our applications in the order we receive them. Hence, make sure you turn in your application promptly. Also, please include income verification with your application (I.E. Paystub / W2).
*Please include a $20.00 money order or cash made payable to Butler Management LLC. This is our application fee which covers the cost for your background and credit inquiry. This fee is non-refundable.
