Rent to Own

Butler Management LLC offers a rent to own option or land contract option for our single family homes. The rent to own option gives you the opportunity to live in the home and as you pay rent each month, you can build equity. We would carry the financing on the property for the first one to three years. After this period you would than have the option to purchase the property. Butler Management LLC will provide the tenant a fully executed purchase agreement after the initial one to three year period. This option gives you the opportunity to have one to three years to rebuild your credit and save for the down payment. This option is available to our current and prospective tenants.
If you are considering this option, we pull your credit report and give you free advice on what you will need to do to qualify for a loan in the next one to three years. Currenlty, you need at least a 640 FICO in order to qualify for a FHA loan which is 3.5 percent down. With our experience in banking, we can advise you on what you need to do in order to get your FICO or credit score up to a 640. This offer requires a 5.00 percent down payment upon execution of the agreement and your credit report reviewed by management.
